I am in the motor trade and have been for many years.
I recently purchased a 2012 Peugeot 207 which has given me a few headaches.
The one which should fix easily is the service spanner as I have used the recognised system of countdown protocol but to no avail. The spanner remains there !
The car has a repeating fault of the engine cutting dead for no reason and the ignition switch then refusing to activate the starter. This resolves itself only when the car feels like it, no sooner and no set way to make it happen.
As there are no codes appearing on my diagnostics, I am now wondering if it can be connected to the Particulate filter. Although the car is a 2012, it has no AdBlue system. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
