1. Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
2. Bring up the odometer reading using the ODO/TRIP knob then the turn ignition off.
3. Hold down ODO/TRIP knob while turning the ignition key to the run position (one position before starting engine).
4. Hold down the knob until the light goes off. Before the light goes off, it illuminates 3 seconds, flashes for 2 seconds and illuminates for 1 second.
5. If the system fails to reset, the light will remain flashing. In this case, return to step 1 and try again.
6. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
