- Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
- Bring up the odometer reading using the ODO/TRIP knob then the turn ignition off.
- Hold down ODO/TRIP knob while turning the ignition key to the run position (one position before starting engine).
- Hold down the knob until the light goes off. Before the light goes off, it illuminates 3 seconds, flashes for 2 seconds and illuminates for 1 second.
- If the system fails to reset, the light will remain flashing. In this case, return to step 1 and try again.
- Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
