How to reset airbag warning light in a Fiat Punto made in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006.
For this you will need to use fiatecuscan software besides that you will need KKL or VAG com plugs.
To access the onboard diagnostics plug you must remove this panel see below picture, situated on the right of steering wheel.
The onboard diagnostic connector is situated under the fuse box.
Connect the computer and the car together.
On the computer you must have the fiatecuscan program.
Now you must set as the connection to do that press settings -> interfaces -> scan for interfaces, after a few seconds the software must find the connection.
Now you must select the car make Fiat model Punto with engine and model that you have.
From system select the airbag.
Click the connect.
After that at the top you have info, errors, parameters and graph, you must go and select the errors menu.
To reset the airnag indicator you must press clear errors.
