How to remove and put back a glass mirror heated or notheated on Chevrolet Astra made between 1998-2010.
This procedure works on electric mirrors and mechanical, regardless of body type of Astra (hatchback, estate, coupe etc.).
First step is to push the mirror glass inside see below picture, so you can enter your hand or an screwdriver from the opposite side, through glass and housing to push the glass outwards. See below picture, in that image is not an Astra G, is another car but the principle is the same.
