Do it yourself, change the glass of the side mirror on your Ford Focus, the Mk2 model, made between the years 2004 and 2010. You can do this replacement in a couple of minutes, very simply, without tools. We recommend you to use hand gloves for safety reasons, though.
You can start by removing the old glass. You can simply pry it out from the mirror support with your fingers, as you can see in the next image. Use hand gloves, a screwdriver or some other tool to protect your hands, if the glass is broken into pieces.
Once you detach the old glass and unplug the electrical wires behind it (see picture below), you can work to install the replacement.
Connect the electrical wires to the new glass, because they are used to heat and defrost it. Then align the glass to the plastic support on the mirror and press on it with both hands, until you secure it.
