  1. Hello, do you have the procedure to reset the “Service Interval” message and mileage on the dash (not Oil Service, which appears right after Service/Maint.) for a 2011 Audi A3? I’ve tried your procedure for the 03-09, but no go. Going through multiple suggestions, I always end up resetting the Oil Service, not the Service which shows due in 200 miles / 19 days or similar. Thanks for your time. – Joe.

It is possible that the procedure may not work for for Audi A3 from 2011. We will check and get back to you.

You need vcds to carry out a mileage service reset. Only oil service can be reset on the display, as i have found out today after much messing about. It took me longer to reset the service.indicator than it did to actually do the service.

I have tried to reset the service indicator using all the above procedures on an Audi March 2008 TDI 2.0. Itreid under the 2003 – 2009 didn’t work.
Then tried the other procedures for the other years but still didn’t work.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks

I also have a 2008 A3 and followed that last procedure with no success. The oil serve message is reset but not the service due message, please advice, thanks!

        • admin says:

When you pull out and hold the button on the right side of the display what warning light appears on the board ?

          • George says:

When I pull and hold the right button the message “service exceeded by 100 miles 33 days”, the EPC and the engine warning light stays on after all others go out. This is with the engine off.

          • admin says:
