Do it yourself, change the headlight assembly on your Chrysler Town & Country manufactured in the year 2005. The repair procedure is similar on models produced in 2006 and 2007. You will need an 8 mm wrench or socket of the same size and about 15 minutes.
In the beginning, open the hood of your car. You can start with the 8 mm wrench, by removing the three bolts that actually hold the headlight assembly. You can see their position marked in the image below. They should come out without much effort.
After you do it, you can simply remove the headlight assembly. Pull it out and remove the two electrical harnesses, marked in the next picture. You can disconnect them by pressing their red safety clips. If they cause you problems somehow, you can use a flat blade screwdriver to unplug them.
If you need to replace the light bulbs now, you can do it very easily by turning their sockets counterclockwise. If you change one, make sure you do not touch its glass part, because you can damage it. Now, in order to finish your repair, reinstall everything back reversing the steps above. Reconnect the two harnesses, align the headlight in its place, tighten the three bolts above it and you are done. This is all you need to do if you have to change the headlight assembly on your Chrysler Town & Country, manufactured between 2005 and 2007.
