DIY, change the glass of the wing mirror on your Renault Clio III, manufactured between 2005 and 2014. This replacement might require a flat blade screwdriver but you can do it very simply by using your bare hands. It should not take you more than a couple of minutes.
You should start by removing the old glass on the damaged mirror of your car. You can do it very simply by inserting your fingers behind it and prying it out. If the glass is broken, we recommend you to use hand gloves for protection or a flat blade screw driver to remove all the pieces. The screw driver might also help you if the glass is still intact and you need to take it out that way. You should act very gently on the mirror, because too much force will easily break it. After you detach the glass, remove the two electrical wires, shown in the picture below.
At this point, you just have to install the replacement glass. Plug back those electrical wires, align the glass as in the image below and press on it from both sides until it is secured on the mirror.
This is all you need to know and do, if you wish to change by yourself the glass of the side mirror on Renault Clio III, produced between the years 2005 and 2014. See next video tutorial for details about the replacement.
