Do it yourself, change the air filter on your Honda Accord if is made between the years 2003 and 2007. You will need a Phillips screwdriver to do this replacement, and about 10 minutes of your time, if you follow the simple steps below.
At the beginning, open the hood of your car and look for the air box. It should look like the one in the next image. This box is the air filter compartment. You will have to remove four Phillips screws that hold it in place, all marked in the picture below, using a Phillips screwdriver.
After you complete this task, you will be able to lift up the cover of the air box. This will give you access to the air filter, as shown in the next image.
At this moment you can replace the old air filter, but only after you make sure the replacement looks the same. You should always compare the old filter with the new one, just to be sure. To finish the replacement process, reverse the instructions presented above. Install the new filter, place the cover of the air box back on the filter compartment and tighten the four screws. That is all you have to do, in order to change the air filter on your Honda Accord manufactured between 2003 and 2007.
